⑸ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.
Submit the following documents before the deadline.
1-Copy of commercial registration
2-Company profile
3-Latest financial statements
4-Copy of certificate of tax payment within three months
③ Not be under suspension of registration by Director General of Tokyo Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited from the deadline for submission of tender documents till the date of bid opening.
④ Not have capital relationship and/or personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑤ Have registered as an electricity retailer in accordance with Article 2-1-3 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Have sales results of supplying electricity as an electricity retail in the past.
⑹ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 7 December 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 7 December 2026)
⑺ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
