B have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Kanto･Koushinetsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency, as described in Section 1 of Article 6 concerning the Contract for The National Center for University Entrance Examinations,
C have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law,
D fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
