| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takahashi Masafumi, Executive Vice-President, Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Contract for the Core LAN System, 1 set. ⑷ Contract period : From the day after the contract date through 31 July 2031. ⑸ Delivery place : As in tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tender procedures : ① Not come under Article 5 of the Practice Rules of Contract of Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency. ② Have Grade A in both "Selling" and "Services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Unified Qualification for all ministries and agencies for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency. ④ Have a valid ISMS certification, either ISO/IEC27001 : 2022 or JISQ27001 : 2023, for the department performing the work under this procurement. If the certification expires during the contract period, a written pledge for renewal shall also be submitted. This certification requirement shall not apply to the leasing company under a third-party leasing arrangement. ⑤ Have, within the past five years, business experience in the introduction of 100 or more terminals, the continuous lease of a core system used by 100 or more users for 48 months or more, and the construction of a cloud management environment using Microsoft365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune for 100 or more users. Where a third-party leasing arrangement is used, experience in substantially leading the supply of equipment and its maintenance and operation shall also be accepted.
