B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2027 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The University of Osaka,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
