⑸ Fulfillment place : From Inasachohigashikuroda, Hamana Ward, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture to Inasachohigashikuroda, Hamana Ward, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.

⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. December 1 2026
⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
