(referred to as PMAC) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Breast ultrasound imaging device ⑷ Delivery period : By 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : PMAC Tokyo Rinkai Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer. ③ have the Grade A, B or C "Sales of Product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in FY 2026. ④ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 3 : 00 PM, 30 November 2026. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM, 26 November 2026.
