| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Makoto Inoue, Director, National Hospital Organization Yamato Psychiatric Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Building cleaning service, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Yamato Psychiatric Medical Center ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible to participate in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO) ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Offer of Services" for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Kinki Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements specified by the Obligating Officer in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulati-on ; ⑤ have demonstrated an appropriate system for providing the services ; ⑥ have obtained certification for medical-related services (in-hospital cleaning) from the Medical Related Services Promotion Association ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. December 15, 2026, and time-limit for the submission of proposal documents : 5 : 00 P.M.
