| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyoshi Nagata, Director, National Hospital Organization Nara Medical Center. ⑵ Classification of the equipment to be procured : 22, 31 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Stereotactic Neurosurgery System ⑷ Fulfillment period : March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Nara Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of goods (Equipment for medical application)" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in The Kinki Region ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services. ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM November 2, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Nao Hanazawa, Contracting Officer, National Hospital Organization Nara Medical Center, 2-789 Shichijo, Nara-shi, Nara-ken 630-8053 Japan.
