| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takao Hayashi, Chief Prosecutor of the Nagoya District Public Prosecutors Office ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14, 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Replacement and maintenance of 10 copy machines ⑷ Delivery period : The period will be specified later. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Sale of goods" and "Offer of service, etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders submitted to the Ministry of Justice (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, and have the qualification for participating in tenders in Tokai and Hokuriku Regions. ④Have Grade C in "Sale of goods" and "Offer of service, etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders submitted to the Ministry of Justice (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, have the qualification for participating in tenders in Tokai and Hokuriku Regions, and be able to prove that they have a track record of supply and maintenance of items equal to or greater than those of the tender notice. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Deadline for tender : 17 : 00, 6 November 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Ayana Mizuno, Hiroki Takeuchi, Finance Division of Nagoya District Public Prosecutors Office 4-3-1 sannomaru, naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-8523, Japan.
