(B)① have Grade A, B, C or D on "Sale of product (Vehicles)" in Tohoku Area or Kanto-Koshinetsu Area or Tokai-Hokuriku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "Sale of product (Vehicles)" in Tokai-Hokuriku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③④⑤ have Grade A, B, C or D on "Sale of product (Vehicles)" in Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
(C) not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
(D) acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement System

(G) have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the product concerned or similar products
(H) have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after sales service and maintenance for the products cocerned
