| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hideki Mochizuki, Director National Hospital Organization Osaka Toneyama medical center. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 1 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Polished rice ⑷ Fulfillment period : December 1, 2026 ~ November 30, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Independent Administrative Agency National Hospital Organization, Kinki Group, six facilities : Osaka Toneyama Medical Center, Osaka National Hospital, Osaka Minami Medical Center, Kinki-Chuo Chest Medical Center, Kyoto Medical Center, and Minami-Kyoto Hospital ; and National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sale of goods" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Regions ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services. ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 November 13, 2026 (Japan Standard Time) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kohei Maeda Accounting Division, Osaka National Hospital, 5-1-1 Toneyama, Toyonaka-shi Osaka-fu 560-8552 Japan.
