② have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of the Classification of "Service offer" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment by East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ have proven record of experiences of the services concerned.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents 8 October 2026.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender documents 2 December 2026.
