⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting practice.
② have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of the Classification of "Service offer" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment by West Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by West Japan Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ have proven record of experiences of the services concerned.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents 17 : 00 8 October 2026.
