| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Clinical test management System 1 set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : ① It is possible to place equipment, systems required for the prompt and accurate implementation of this work in a place designated by the hospital by the time of implementation ② Since the current consignee equipment is continuously used, it is possible to install a separate device designated by the hospital in question other than the current consignee ③ Main equipment and inspection equipment with highly urgent items are duplicated, and inspection measureement is not stopped ④ The cost of connecting the equipment established by the contractor with the "Test system" used by the hospital shall be the burden of the contractor. (Name of testing system : La-Vietal LS. Sysmex CNA, Inc.) ⑤ Equipment established by the contractor or equipment established and used continuously by the hospital shall be maintained and managed by the contractor and repaired as necessary. In addition, if maintenance inspections, etc. are performed, a work report shall be submitted to the hospital ⑥ The inspection reagents and consumables required for this work shall be ordered by the hospital to the contractor and can be delivered to the location designated by the hospital without delay after ordering.
