| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazuyuki Nakagome, Director, Administration Department, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : Contract services for inventory management and related operations, and purchase of medical consumables and other supplies ⑷ Date of commencement of performance : April 1, 2027 ⑸ Place of performance : National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ; ③ have a Grade A, B or C qualification in "Provision of Services" and "Manufacture of Products" or "Sale of Products" under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's Unified Qualification for participating in tenders (Single Qualification for Every Ministry and Agency).
