| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Comprehensive file server equipment replacement and maintenance services, 1 set ⑷ Performance Period : From the contract conclusion date to March 31, 2032 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto・Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ That the Privacy Mark certification has been obtained. ⑦ The organization must have obtained an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified by the Japan Economic and Social Advancement Association or an accredited overseas certification body. However, this does not apply if the organization has established and is operating an equivalent information security management system internally.
