⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1 )not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
2 )have "sale of product" in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency).
3 )not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening.
4 )not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification).
5 )The person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly
6 )not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
7 )have proven records to have actually manufactured or delivered the products stipulated in the tender manual
8 )①② The bidder shall pledge to maintain a prompt after-sales service and maintenance system for the procured goods, ensuring that the lead time for procurement of general spare parts does not exceed 5 days and that for consumable parts does not exceed 3 days.
③ The bidder shall be a party that has pledged to maintain an after-sales service and maintenance support systm for the procured goods concerned.
⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 12 : 00 13 October, 2026
⑻ Bid submission period : From 10 : 00 on 16 November, 2026 to 16 : 00 on 17 November, 2026
