| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operations pertaining to the anti-spam function, 1 set ⑷ Performance Period : From the contract conclusion date to March 31, 2032 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto･Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ Having obtained certification for ISMS (Information Security Management System) and the Privacy Mark, or having established similar personal information and other handling standards. ⑦ Having a record of handling projects of the same or larger system scale with at least five clients (if the projects are for the same organization, even different departments are considered as one client). ⑧ Having a system in place that can respond in a unified manner. ⑨ Being able to provide support in Japanese. ⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM November 6, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, JASSO, 10-7 Ichigayahonmura-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 162-8412 TEL 03-6743-6022 |
