| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MATSUOKA Munehiro Director of the General Affairs Department, Okayama Labor Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A complete set of fixtures for the Okayama Public Employment Security Office. ⑷ Delivery period : From a Contract Day to 29 January, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the specifications ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C in "Selling" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 and have qualification for participating in competition. ④ Not be in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (E) and (F)) for the last two years of this bid submission deadline, for bidders subject to the following insurance systems : (A) Welfare annuity insurance (B) Health insurance (by Japan Health Insurance Association) (C) Seamen's insurance (D) National pension (E) Worker's compensation insurance (F) Unemployment insurance ⑤ Prove to have no false statement in the tendering documents. ⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑦ Are not currently in the suspension period for nomination by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑧ Have not received any administrative disposition of violation of laws and ordinances under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare within last one year. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 2 November 2026 ⑻ Other : For details concerning this tender, refer to the Tender explanation. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : UCHIDA, 2nd Accounting Section, General Affairs Division, Okayama Labor Bureau, 3rd Floor, Okayama Second Joint Government Office Building, 1-4-1 Shimoishii, Kita Ward Okayama City 700-8611 Japan Tel : 086-225-2011 |
