| Summay of notice | ⑴ The Official in Charge of Disbursement of the procuring entity : Tsutomu Ono, Director, Department of Administration for the Western Area, Administrative Headquarters, NARO. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26. ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Tractor, 1 set. ⑷ Delivery date : 31 March 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : NARO, Oda Research Station. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ② Not come under Article 9 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "Sale of Products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Not be under suspension of business transactions as requested by the officials in charge of contracts. ⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender : 5 : 00 PM, 2 November, 2026. ⑻ Time limit for submission of tender by mail : 5 : 00 PM, 18 November, 2026. ⑼ Time limit for submission of tender in person : 10 : 00 AM, 19 November, 2026. ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Kyoka Konishi, Accounting Section, Department of Administration for the Western Area, NARO, 60 Yoshinaga, Kawai-cho, Oda City, Shimane 694-0013, Japan.
