⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The service shall provide an in-hospital mobile communication system that enables extension calls between existing fixed-line extension telephones and mobile handset terminals, as well as among mobile handset terminals, through integration with the existing PBX.
B The service shall be capable of operating while maintaining the current extension numbering plan.
C The service shall support internal call functions including call hold and transfer, busy transfer, unconditional call forwarding, and out-of-coverage call forwarding.
D The service shall provide centralized directory management and extension number identification functions.
E The service shall enable hospital administrators to configure extension numbers and manage call history records.
F The service shall provide device management functions that enable remote lock and remote wipe of mobile handset terminals in the event of loss or theft.
G The service shall support outbound external calls through the existing PBX.
H The proposal shall include all equipment and implementation work required for connection to the existing PBX and shall ensure at least forty-six (46) simultaneous voice communication channels.
I The service shall ensure communication coverage throughout the University Hospital and the School of Medicine buildings and shall be capable of implementing measures to improve radio signal conditions as necessary.
J The service shall provide high-quality voice communications using VoLTE technology and ensure a stable communication environment.
K The service shall provide emergency communication support capabilities, including the deployment of vehicle-mounted or portable mobile radio base stations in the event of a large-scale disaster, and shall offer priority telephone services for disaster situations.
L The service provider shall have a system for implementation, handset distribution, user training, and maintenance support, and shall be capable of providing support on a 24-hour, 365-day basis.
M The service shall provide a Mobile Device Management (MDM) service capable of centralized management of mobile handset terminals.
N The service shall provide centralized directory management for both smartphones and feature phones.
