Furthermore minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in Service Offer for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in ChugokuRegion ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ⑤ Persons certified in the 'List of Medical-Related Service Mark Certified Business Operators (Bedding Laundering Services)' or persons who meet the standards specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to Article 15-3, Paragraph 2 of the Medical Practitioners' Act (Medical Service Law) ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 00 A.M.
