Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Those who do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Selling" in the Hokkaido disting, in terms of the qualification for Participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense. (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 ④ Participations must not be currently under suspension of tendered by contract officer, etc. ⑤ Those who can certify that they should deliver contracted amount of goods which must meet requirements listed in a public announcement on procurement. ⑥ Those who have testing equipment and personnel available in Japan at an inspection of procurement goods conducted by a contracting officer in charge. ⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned.
