| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Norihiko Shiiya, Director, National Hospital Organization Hakodate Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 4, 32, 34 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services required : Supply Processing and Distribution (SPD) management outsourcing, 1 set ⑷ Contract period : From April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2030 (3 years) ⑸ Place of fulfillment : National Hospital Organization Hakodate Medical Center ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible to participate in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not fall under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contracts for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
