Ltd. ③ have submitted following papers with an application form for tender ⒜ a copy of certificate of registered matters ⒝ a paper of business career ⒞ financial statements ⒟ a copy of tax payment certificate ④ not be stopped participating in Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's tenders ⑤ have proven to have equivalent experience of delivery with the procurement concerned ⑥ have obtained registration from the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications pursuant to Article 9 of the Telecommunications Business Act (Act No. 86 of 1984), operate mobile communication services, and have established and operated their own radio stations for such services.
