| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazunobu Tachibana, Director, National Hospital Organization Kinki-chuo Chest Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Gas supply 153,814㎥ ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of gas meter reading date in November, 2026 to the gas meter reading date in November, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kinki-chuo Chest Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract maybe applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C in Sales of products for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products ; ⑤ have register as a gas retail broker in accordance with Article 3, of the Gas Utility Industry Law ; ⑥ prove that they can deliver the gas, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M.
