| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Isoko Oowan, Director, National Hospital Organization Okinawa National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be required : Electricity of hospital (6,600V) contract : 3,250,800kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Okinawa National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① notcome under Article 5 of the Regula tion concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that ob tained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regula tion concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Service offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyushu Okinawa Region ; ④ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Im dustry Law ; ⑤ provethatthey can deliver the electric ity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 September 24, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Osamu Miratsu, Director, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Okinawa National Hospital, 3-20-14 Ganeko Ginowanshi Okinawaken 901-2214, Japan.
