| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Hiroshi Fukuyama, President of the Building Research Institute ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24, 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Augmentation of lateral loading system for large size structure laboratory 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : Until March 16, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Building Research Institute, Large size Structure Laboratory ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract Affairs of Building Research Institute. ② have qualification in "Manufacturing of products" or "Provision of services" for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for FY2025, FY2026 and FY2027 in Kanto Koushinetsu area. ③ A supplier who has given a request to commence a reorganization procedure based on the Corporate Reorganization Act, or who has given a request to commence a reorganization procedure based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act, cannot participate in this tendering procedure. ④ Not be under suspension of nomination by President of the Building Research Institute or Director General of National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management from Timelimit for the tender to Bid Opening. ⑤ Not under a condition which a police have requested elimination from a public undertaking of Ministry Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, as related to organized crime groups, which substantially take over its management or which is equivalent to this condition. ⑥ Someone who has experience designing and manufacturing hybrid actuators with a capacity of over 1 MN, and has experience implementing force-application systems that combine them. ⑺ Timelimit of tender : 14 : 00 10 September, 2026 ⑻ Contact Point for the notice : Ryo Onozuka, Contracting Section, Accounting Division, Department of General Affairs, Building Research Institute. 1 Tachihara, Tsukuba City Ibaraki Prefecture, 305-0802 Japan TEL 029-879-062 |
