① not come under Article 6 and 7 of the regulation concerning contract by Agriculture & Livestock Industries Corporation.
② Have Grade A in the services (Service of kind of "Information Processing" and "Software Development") in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency or in tenders Agriculture & Livestock Industries Corporation in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ Must be a party that has received the tender documentation.
④ In other respects, the provisions of the tender specifications shall apply.
