⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 2 and 3 of the Detailed Regulations for the Application of Accounting Regulations by Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN.
② Including recomissioned company, not come under the category of anti-social forces defined by Article 2 of the Regulations for Corresponding to Anti-Social Forces by Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (Regulation 22, Item 37).
③ Have Grade A, B or C in terms of a unified qualification for all ministries and government offices for FY 2025, 2026 and 2027, "Services Provided : Surveys and Research", "Services Provided : Information Processing" or "Services Provided : Software Development".
