③ have proven to have actually sold, manufactured or delivered the sodium chloride concerned since 2011.

⒜⒝⒞⒠ When have or borrow the storage warehouse in Shikoku region, have proven the transportation methods such as the transportation by ship in case the bridge is closed. The operation office and the capacity of the storage warehouse of each purchase object are as follows.
