| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : SUEYOSHI Toshiaki, Director General of Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 90 desks, 250 chairs, 220 other fixtures, 320 other equipment items ⑷ Delivery period : From the day after the contract is executed until March 15, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : 13th Floor, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank Nagoya Building, 2-18-19 Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Demonstrate the following delivery record under a single contract executed on or after April 1, 2016. ・Delivery, assembly, and setup of more than 140 office desks (equivalent to 140 workstations) *For evaluation purposes one workstation shall be calculated based on 1400mm of desk width for free-address desks and similar furniture ・Delivery, assembly, and setup of more than 140 office chairs ③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.
