⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
a )Have Grade A, B or C "Offer of Service" the qualification for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency), in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
b )Not currently be suspended from transactions at the request of officials in charge of contracts of other ministries, government organizations and NEDO.
c )Have received ISO/IEC 27001 or JIS Q27001, and Privacy Mark certification. Also, when using a cloud service, it must have acquired ISO/IEC27017 and ISO/IEC27018, or equivalent quality assurance.
d )Have the ability to participate in a consortium but cannot join as a member of another consortium or by itself if it is a representative or a member of a consortium.
