| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takashi Eguchi, Director, Department of General Affairs, National Hospital Organization Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 28, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Introduction of SIM cards compatible with the Public Safety Mobile System ⑷ Delivery period : as in the specification documentation ⑸ Delivery place : as in the specification documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in all area ; ② not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
