⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② Must not be subject to a suspension of eligibility imposed by the Fukushima Environmental Bureau.
③ Have Grade A or B, "offer of services" ("Others") in Tohoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ Need to have a permit for industrial waste disposal and for setting up an industrial waste treatment facility.
⑤ Pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the bid manual.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 13 : 30, 14, September, 2026.
