Furthermore minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in Service Offer for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in ChugokuRegion ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ⑤ certified to ISO 9001 for curtain maintenance services ⑥ proven track record of providing curtain maintenance services to more than five medical institutions with over 300 beds ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 00 A.M.
