| Summay of notice | ⑴ Partially Delegated Contract Officer, of the Procuring entity : Nakamura Kentaro, The Ground Self-Defense Force camp Kushiro, Commander, 377th finance ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 23 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Softclose Shoe Boxes for Section 129each ② Softclose locker for Section 90each ⑷ Delivery period : It is based on a bid instructions for details ⑸ Delivery place : It is based on a bid instructions for details ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eliible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be pplicable under cases of special reasonns within the said clause. ② Those who do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Selling" in the Hokkaido disting, in terms of the qualification for Participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense. (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 ④ Participations must not be currently under suspension of tendered by contract officer, etc. ⑤ Those who can certify that they should deliver contracted amount of goods which must meet requirements listed in a public announcement on procurement. ⑥ Those who have testing equipment and personnel available in Japan at an inspection of procurement goods conducted by a contracting officer in charge. ⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned.
