| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Introduction of a cloud storage system (Box) and purchase of licenses ⑷ Fulfillment period : ① Delivery (handover) deadline : January 29, 2027 ② Design and construction period : October 1, 2026 - January 29, 2027 ③ License usage period (including construction period) : October 1, 2026 March 31, 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Possess the qualifications of participating in tenders for the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 approved by MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology), which are categorized as "Provision of Services", "Selling goods" in the "A," "B," or "C" rank within the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. Moreover, the application reception window for this qualification, as listed in the supplementary table of the government procurement notice in the official gazette dated March 31, 2026, Government Procurement Issue No. 58, is open for applications at any time. ② Not fall under Article 70 and Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the required consent for contract conclusion are eligible as special cases under Article 70. ③ Not be within the period of suspension of business transactions by the President of this organization. ④ Not be members of criminal organizations as stipulated under the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), nor their members, quasi-members, or related persons. ⑤ Possess the qualifications and track record specified in the Procurement Specification Sections '6.2.2 Qualifications of Personnel,' '8.3.1 Contractor Qualifications,' and '8.3.2 Contractor Performance.' ⑺ Time limit of tender : September 1, 2026, 5 : 00 PM ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, JASSO, 10-7 Ichigayahonmura-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 162-8412 |
