⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system should optimize operations based on the status of multiple communication lines between this site and the cloud data center to ensure a stable connection.
B The system should support the use of 8 or more communication lines.
C The system should be capable of utilizing not only dedicated lines but also commercial internet lines and satellite links, which have varying latencies.
D The optimization function of the system should treat multiple lines as a single virtual line, ensuring that line switching during a failure does not cause disruption, and allowing for adjustments based on communication line conditions and failure status.
E The system should include two dedicated connection lines linking this facility to an external cloud data center, designed to ensure risk mitigation against disasters and other contingencies.
F The line for the system should be configured to ensure logically independent communication and bandwidth.
G Operational management of the system should include monitoring of network lines and management of system components throughout the operational period.
