Hikone Maintenance and Customer Service Center : Sodium Chloride for soliddeicing agent 4,740 tons.
Attention : As the scheduled supply of deicing agents is the expected quantity based on the past record of supplies, it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount.
⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract through 31 March 2027.
⑸ Delivery places : Hara-Town, Hikone-City, Shiga, Japan, and 8 other places.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.

・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ have proven to have actually sold or manufactured more than 2,300 tons of Sodium Chloride in a year.
④ when the delivery order for antifreeze agents is placed, it must be possible to deliver 310 tons in the Hikone Maintenance and Customer Service Center within 48 hours.
⑤ it must be possible to secure the antifreeze agents from multiple origins.
⑥ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑦ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
