⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
(A) Not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institute for School Teachers and Staff Development,
(B) Have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of service for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
(C) Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President,
(D) Not be the business operators that anti Social forces influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese Government is continuing state concerned.
