| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HASEGAWA Masaaki, Superintendent, Railway Technical Center, Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (hereinafter called JRTT) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 13, 18 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : Cement asphalt mortar (CAM) Mixing plant car for slab track system for Shinkansen. 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 21st March 2028 ⑸ Delivery place : Hokuto-shi, Hokkaido ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article4 or Article5 of the Regulations Concerning the Contracts for JRTT. ② have obtained the single qualification for every ministry and agency in the category of "Manufacturing of Products" or "Sales of Products" for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 (the grade and area do not matter). ③ not have been suspended from participation in tenders by JRTT or the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. ④ not be a business operator whose management is substantially controlled by an organized crime group, nor a person for whom a request for exclusion by JRTT remains in effect. ⑤ A supplier who satisfies either one of the following requirements : ⒜ A supplier who has proven experience in delivering a construction vehicle used for the construction of new railway lines or for the maintenance and management of railway tracks ⒝ A supplier who has proven experience of using construction vehicles to carry out the construction of new railway lines or the maintenance and management of railway tracks. ⑥ have directly downloaded the specifications and other relevant documents from the JRTT website. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification at 4 : 00 p.m. 31st July 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : at 4 : 00 p.m. 7th September 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Division, Railway Technical Center, of JRTT, 2-4-1 Shibakoen, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 105-0011 Japan, TEL 03-5403-8732 |
