| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takahiro Katsuta, Director-General of Hokkaido Management Department, Headquarters, NARO ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Kerosene (JIS №1) About 169,000 L ⑷ Contract term : From 1, October 2026 to 31, March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Hokkaido Agricultural Research Center, NARO and National Institute of Animal Health, NARO (Sapporo) and Center for Seeds and Seedlings, NARO Hokkaido-Chuo Station and Sapporo Field Station, FRA ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO). ② not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO. ③ have Grade A, B or C on "Sales" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO.
