| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MATSUOKA Kazunari Director-General of Fukuchiyama Office of River and National Highway, Kinki Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning Operations of Fukuchiyama, 1 Set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2026 through 30 September, 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : 2459-14, Imaoka, Hori, Fukuchiyama-shi, Kyoto-fu, Fukuchiyama Office of River and National Highway, Kinki Regional Development Bureau and others, or As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade on "offer of services" in Kinki Area, in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening. ④ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑤ acquire the electric certification in case of using the Electric Tendering system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑥ the person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly ⑦ not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑧ the person who proved records that, since the fiscal year 2021, had been ordered by public or private business as a prime contractor and had completed daily cleaning work with a floor area of 4,000㎡ or more for not less than one year. ⑨ since the fiscal year 2021, the person who fulfills the previously mentioned conditions (see Sub-regulation ⑧.) as a business manager is assigned throughout the fulfillment period.
