| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOTANI Tetsuya Director-General of Wakayama Office of River and National Highway, Kinki Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning Operations of R8 Wakayama Office of River and National Highway, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : 30 September, 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Wakayama Office of River and National Highway and 5 other places ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade on "offer of services" in Kinki Area, in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening. ④ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑤ acquire the electric certification in case of using the Electric Tendering system https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/ ⑥ The person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly ⑦ not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑧ The head office, branch office or business operator is under the jurisdiction of the Kinki Regional Development Bureau (Fukui-Ken, Shiga-Ken, Kyoto-Fu, Osaka-Fu, Hyogo-Ken, Nara-Ken, Wakayama-Ken) ⑨ After 2021, there is a contract that has continued for 10 months or more as a prime contractor for "cleaning work" with a building cleaning area of 2,000㎡ or more per contract.
