| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takashi Eguchi, Director, Department of General Affairs, National Hospital Organization Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 28, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : A complete set of services for the introduction of smartphones and cloud PBX, including operation and maintenance ⑷ Delivery period : as in the specification documentation ⑸ Delivery place : as in the specification documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" and "Offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region, Kanto-Koshinetsu Region, Tokai-Hokuriku Region, Shikoku Region and Kyushu-Okinawa Region ; ② not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
