| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organ-ization (JASSO). ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Computer help desk services and configuration management. 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have qualification for "provision of services, etc." with grade "A", "B" or "C" in "Kanto/Koshinetsu region" under the qualification system for competitive participation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology for FY2025-2027.
