| Summay of notice | ⑴ Officer in Charge of Committing Expenditures Director of General Affairs, Kumamoto Labor Bureau : Yuji Otatsume ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 16, 23, 26 ⑶ Kumamoto Labor Bureau : Contracts imposed on layout changes and goods related to all public employment security offices. ⑷ Services period : From the contract date to February 26, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : On the specification ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C on "sale of goods" and "offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ There is no delinquency on employee's pension insurance, health insurance, seamen's insurance, national pension and labor insurance premiums. ⑤ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑦ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 AM, 17 August 2026. ⑻ Other : For details concerning this tender, refer to the Tender explanation. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Accounting section 1, General Coordination Department, Kumamoto Labor Bureau, 2-10-1, Kasuga, Nishi-ku, Kumamoto-city, Kuma- moto 860-8514, Japan.
