| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hirotoshi Matsui, Director, National Hospital Organization Tokyo National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Provision of On-site System Engineering Services-1 Lot ⑷ Fulfillment period : From October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Tokyo National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of Services" in the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency), and have a qualification in either "Software Development" or "Other", and be qualified in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
