① not correspond to the Article 31 of the National Institute of Maritime, Port and Aviation Technology's contract handling bylaw.
② not under suspension from designation by the "Director General, PARI" of "National Institute of Maritime, Port and Aviation Technology"
③ not under suspension from designation by the vice director of National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
④ not come under a person who petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings according to the Corporation Rehabilitation Law nor a person who petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings according to Civil Rehabilitation Law (excluding a person who is re-recognized in ⑹⑥)
⑤ not be the Eligibility contractor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ have on "Sales of Product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
